Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Orders in Transit

If your order is already on its way, don’t worry. Although we cannot intercept the shipment, you can still return or exchange the item after it arrives. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product, and we will assist you with the return process.

Returns for EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to change your mind. Simply contact us within this period, and we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing
